For sure something major that can't be fully disclosed happened behind the scenes. You really don't want so many people against your artists.

Despite everything, they're doing very well, but all of their recent achievements have been polluted with negativity because of her absence.

If she's really out, they should really make it clear, but I really wouldn't want to be among their PR team right now.
