I genuinely don't understand why French Girls and Too Much aren't on this when they work perfectly next to When In Rome… Is the album going to be filled with ballads and such? I was so excited for a party album :/

They were so generic and faceless before this and Met My Match. This is such a nice sound, very reminiscent of late 00s/early 10s britpop scene. I hope something slightly more dance is coming next but, assuming this is their sound from now on, I'm staining.

So, I'm in Copenhagen, debating if I should move here. I just had an incredible night with a super hot and tall Danish Viking man, who also happen to be smart. Listening to Versailles and Near or Far on the way back to the hotel felt

I mean I wasn't even hoping for Kiss-like Carly, I love that Carly, but I know that's (sadly) in the past. The whole album isn't fully my cup of tea as it's not exactly the most banger-ish body of work from her, but I try to be an objective fan and those tracks are definitely nice. I'm importing the Japanese edition.

Versailles is my favorite out of the album so far, the chorus is straight up out of Curiosity and I'm living for it. Don't Leave Me On The Dance Floor is classic Carly, so that's good by default. Near or Far is probably my number 3, such an interesting track. Really like the production, especially the post chorus instrumental. Burning Heart is cute, wish it was punchier tho. Amalfi Coast is so Kylie-coded I started dreaming about a collab.
