I feel like the brand will take a hit too, how big idk but I do think they still have a lot of support from people who won't really care as long as they stay active and keep feeding them content. It's just really shitty because it literally goes against the whole message they've been pushing since the start, which is why this whole thing feels like such a mess. And if Manon is really leaving, I feel like people on social media are gonna be even harsher and constantly question the group's direction and the company's handling of everything (yes we know social media outrage/boycotts aren't that effective but still, I just feel for the girls having to go through all this)

And she literally said a few weeks before that she would hate it if they disbanded The people writing conspiracy theories about their relationship are crazy tbh.

Whatever's going on behind the scenes, seems more of a conflict between her and geffen tbh.

The only thing I'd criticize about the demo is that the final drop is too short (kind of like the ending of Jump with the heavy bass).

not a fan of Kpop anymore but there's hundreds of that sound they're doing in Kpop and are infinitely better than the likes of Gnarbage, Slop Girl and Pinky Up.

Also the leader of the group clearly stated most of them wanted to sing songs where they can showcase their vocals albeit it doesn't have to be vocally demanding but simply good songs where they aren't talk singing about some fried chicken. They already had materials like Gabriella, My Way etc. as an examples yet for some reason their label are obsessed on setting up this girls with their run of the mill Kpop demos.

At the end of the day they are targeting Amerika and If they want to be taken seriously and have longevity then their labels needs to reevaluate everything cause aiming for TikTok virality and PR stunts can only get thus far.
