Not to add to the billion threads on it already, but from a PR & even a success perspective I'm truly failing to understand the point of revisiting this album. Reviews are just as bad, if not worse than the first time around & songs like Cleveland are being dragged all over the internet You could argue it was for Grammys but considering the bad reception I would be surprised if it gets anything over actual well received albums from both Olivias Based on the 2nd day % drop, the songs likely will be another Showgirl album track situation where the songs show meh longevity compared to her past projects Like from a long-term perspective, what was gained from this? A decent boost on streaming for Ophelia & a quick #1? It just seems like a baffling decision from someone who is usually so image/PR-savvy to the point where she knew to disappear from the public eye for a bit following the backlash after 1989.

I don't think she's been consistent with a theme since folklore/evermore honestly. Even reputation was arguably a bait & switch. She really saw the sales and stopped giving af about stuff like that
