As I said in another thread, there's barely been any promo for it and none of the singles have made any noise, but the biggest "issue" is that they were mainly a general public dependent artist and the drastic change in their image and music during their last era put people off them completely. Like good for them for being themselves and all that but 🤷🏾‍♂️

And releasing a "feminist" song as the first single produced by said rapist. Like if Katycats still don't understand why Katy got the hate she got during the 143 era then I don't know what to tell you.

No one really cares for Sam like that plus they didn't work with a known rapist (that I'm aware of) in hopes to recreate their past glory unlike Katy. Not only she was desperate enough to work with Luke but embarrassingly bombed while doing it which is what prompted people to start ridiculing her.

It's for the best. The further away she stays from the entertainment industry, the better. She deserves to live the rest of her life in peace.
