Why? Not everything is about making a huge box office. It's a good way for people that weren't able to go to a tour to have a good experience, no matter what concert and artist being presented. Some of y'all clearly have a boner for hating her and whatever, but absolutely nobody expected this to do any numbers.

What helped Zara and Sabrina with Tate and Taylor was the cross audience, they have pretty much the same demographic in public, which is not the case for Kylie like at all. Shania's and Robyn's performance in his tour made absolutely no noise, and in Robyn's case it was even sadder since the arena was not even half full.

Gaga is one of the few pop singers that could cross to adult contemporary with little to no problem. Shallow and Die with a smile showed that the moms will love her music, as soon as sure ditches full on pop upbeat tracks. And I do think she can also cross to being an actor as well, so the answer is a yes.
