The actual reason is Gaga hasn't sold her catalogue to greedy companies that will payola her on tiktok and spotify because she's still a currently relevant artist.

I mean, BM alone jumped to the top 10 on Global Spotify last year (and it keeps rising and rising every year since it went viral).

Besides, Monster and Abracadabra also saw huge bumps last year.
