this is such a non-issue because if I'm interviewing a good candidate, I prefer hearing more about their experience and how they answer questions over their beverage of choice that being said, just leave the iced coffee in the car or finish before you do the interview. if you're really that parched then an iced coffee is not going to help you; ask for water or accept a drink if offered.
