Motherhood is probably the most realistic here.

I have a theory that she'll rent a womb, do gestational surrogacy: Her Eggs + Michael's Sperm + A Surrogate.

Therefore she won't be able to endure the rigors of pregnancy and can still release music and do projects.

Being not able to go through pregnancy can preserve her health who just got out of fibro, because pregnancy can indirectly trigger it.

She's releasing LG8 faster than she released Mayhem after Chromatica for sure, but it's still not coming before late 2028 (and even that is an optimistic prediction.)

Also calling it… the next album is probably a surprise release or something like Miley is doing currently (announcement today, release in 2 weeks).

Even if the 'Mayhem' era is obviously over, I don't think the Mayhem tour movie release is out of question, especially with her timing when it comes to these things see the Chromatica film.

The MAYHEM Ball film should be coming this fall (Sept-Dec) if we go by that article by The Sun. I'm sensing a late 2027-early 2028 release for LG8 with a rollout like Miley's, and most likely a 2028 tour. There's really no reason for her to slow down her career right now unless she wants kids like next year. But I sense she wants to keep her momentum going through the end of the decade, especially if she's already working on new music.

I think late 2028 is a bit exaggerative. Late 2027/Early 2028 is more realistic and also surprise releases also aren't a thing in the 2020s aside from a few rare cases.
