I kinda saw this coming. She's The Best always gave mid single but interesting soundscape that bodes well for the album as a whole. Kinda like Rock music.

It's good. This album is basically the opposite of STGEO, where the singles were great but the rest of the album was basic. This one feels like an album, and I much prefer it this way.

Yeah we had two better acoustic versions of those prior to Requiem: Colbert and Howard Stern, respectively.

I just had the realization that Vanish Into You would also sound magnificient over this instrumental. Just try singing it over and changing the melody slightly and it really works. DWAS Requiem is hard to top, but I think this would also be very interesting. Imagine a mashup!

Yeah easily. Love Disease but a lead single it is not.

The chorus is good. But to me the verses are the true stars of this song. The way her vocals slide, and the lyrics, just perfection. It didn't impress me on first listen like many other Mayhem tracks did but slowly it crept up my top most replayed tracks from the album.
