I'm still not sure how I feel about Sabrina Carpenter in Bring Your Love. I would've preferred another song from Confessions II but overall this is a great performance from the queen of pop The discourse around Madonna's age on social media is exhausting. Sorry but I don't need Madonna to dress classy and "demure" like Celine Dion, Mariah Carey, Barbra Streisand or Dolly Parton (RIP Queen). Everyone is allowed to age how they want. Madonna wearing a long floral evening gown just isn't want I want from her because to me, that wouldn't feel authentic to who she is. If she's not grinding on stage while wearing fishnet pantyhose and Grillz (2005) then I don't want it. As messy as she can be sometimes, I'm glas Madonna refuses to conform to society's expectations of how a woman is supposed to look, dress, and behave in her 60s.

Those "fans" dont even realize how misogynistic they come across. There's this disturbing notion that women are incapable of doing their jobs once they become mothers. The other day I saw a fan page on Instagram post about how she should take 5 years off because she may not have the physical strength to record music and do promotion as if Gaga is working a regular 9-5 job while saving up for a nanny. I honestly couldn't tell if it was satire or not because there's many stans that think this way. Beyonce, Mariah Carey, Katy Perry and J.Lo were still churning out albums when they became mothers but they scaled back on promotion. I also feel like Gaga would be offended reading some of these comments. She mentioned on Howard Stern last year that she would solely focus on being a mom but that she would not "disappear". I think realistically she will release LG8 either Q4 of next year or sometime in 2028 for her 20th anniversary but I wouldn't expect a full scale promotional schedule like MAYHEM but for stans to say she is incapable of writing and recording new music is just childish and dumb.
