She should've been added on Freakum Dress instead but even so, I would've preferred a brand new song to end the Paparazzi/Telephone trilogy especially if it were a rock song. I've seen Bey stans claim that it wouldn't make sense to feature Gaga on ACT III since she's not a rock artist and while that's true, why was Miley featured on Cowboy Carter when she's not a country artist?

Wasting telephone part 2 on a song from 20 years ago is insane.

I think its because aside from 3 or 4 shots, the shoot was never that good to begin with. She probably wasn't pleased with how cheap the digital alterations looked, almost as if Eli Russell just learned how to edit photos. She has served much better photoshoots in her later years- Lady Gaga
I don't mind tbh. This shoot screams "Calvin Klein model/influencer" rather than an album aesthetic.- Lady Gaga
She herself looks good but the bleach brows don't really suit her when she's just wearing minimal makeup and platinum white hair.- What are your thoughts on Selena's reaction here?

The production of HBDYWM is immaculate but the lyrics are so incredibly corny and cringe. "Cuz you like my hair, my ripped up jeans, you like the bad girl i got in me" and "i got a tattoo for us last week even good boys bleed" is just lazy writing. I can see why she almost left it off the album because it feels kind of hollow. The Requiem version is superior though- 9 years ago, the world stopped.
