I think late 2028 is a bit exaggerative. Late 2027/Early 2028 is more realistic and also surprise releases also aren't a thing in the 2020s aside from a few rare cases.

ARTPOP era served some of her best looks. I get so nostalgic looking at her candids from 2013-2014. Despite all of the chaos, the era was fun (at least for me and others who weren't into stan wars).

I've seen Bey stans claim that it wouldn't make sense to feature Gaga on ACT III since she's not a rock artist and while that's true, why was Miley featured on Cowboy Carter when she's not a country artist?
