I love runway, people who wanted a single 'magnum opus' for a soundtrack are crazy. It's a great, well-produced track meant to be part of a fictional fashion world. literally gave me life in my work right know lol.

I Like It God is probably my second most favorite song from her (Sinner's Prayer is my first) and when she sang loving me is like straightening curls (the only part she sang unfortunately) at the TheyThem Ball, that was the single most special thing she did

The difference between The One That Got Away and Bloody Mary going viral is Day and Night and shows how different they are. Gaga did not lift a finger to support Bloody Mary and lost hundred of millions of streams because she didn't release the sped up version. It was an album track that was never meant to be a single

Then you have The One That Got Away that was already a hit back in the day and Kety's team is trying everything to make it bigger, but the punch line is that she sold her old catalog and doesn't even own the song anymore

Gaga is a true artist and her music will continue to transcend. While the other lady is doomed to be a 2010s throw back artist that's trying to make a quick buck

We just want a decent song that doesn't serve a 32-OUT and charts only for 1 day on Spotify .

We're also salty at TDD/Runway being singles instead of GOE/HBDYWM/VIY/SOAM/...

I aint putting RUNSHIT with TDD. TDD still did cute on radio, going Top 10 on pop, and has a decent total of streams across platforms.

But GOE or VIY deserved a video, yes.

I'm hoping epic performances for GOE and VIY on Requiem can at least ease some of my sadness about those songs.

Gaga scored her hits with DWAS and Abracadabra and decided to call it a day.

Still an epic era so these are just things that would've been nice to have.

Yeah, but the thing about soundtracks is that the artist doesn't pick the song if it's an existing one, and if it is a new song, then they're asked to make it in a certain way. That's not really on Gaga.

Granted, all of this is really splitting hairs. I don't think anyone here actually cares about TDWP2 soundtrack performance — Gaga herself certainly doesn't seem to care
