She's more progressive than Talarico. Both are considered progressive in Texas politics. Talarico's whole brand is that he is a good Christian boy that might be able to appeal to conservative voters. Now he is appealing to conservatives and people here are outraged Both are flawed candidates. It's just ironic that this whole time Talarico has been propped up because he is "'more electable" and people seemed to ignore his centrist tendencies. Now when we are entering the make it or break it point people have issues with him being a moderate that is desperately trying to win conservative voters

The fact that Talarico has been a moderate this whole time and now you are all acting surprised at the most important moment. Crockett is a hot mess, but she was always more progressive than Talarico. The propaganda machine was so strong during the primaries and he was painted as a progressive golden boy The primary is over and this is the match up some of y'all begged for. Now two months before the election you woke up and switched on him Anyway, no Democrat is winning Texas this election. The corrupt Republican machine is too strong in that state and they will rig it for Paxton to win no matter what

There are so many similarities between the 2014 Republican Party and the 2026 Democrat party. The Democrat party is ripe for a takeover. But knowing Dems they will double down and elect Newsom in the 2028 primary

Every time I hear AOC talk she has a new antidote or point to make, she hits it out of the park every single time It is really refreshing compared to Kamala repeating the same two stories over and over again (The one about her going grocery shopping with a lady that cries about the prices and the one about the HBCU students being told they had 5 minutes.. to leave) AOC is one of the best communicators in the politics

Her best chance is in Best Music Film with Requiem. Dance Pop is weird this year, the top songs, Stateside and Dracula, will probably compete in Pop Duo/Group performance. Madonna might show up there, but none her songs were as relevant as Padam Padam, Von Dutch or Abracadabra. I just hope a super gay song wins it again

Hate her or love her, Pelosi was one of the most effective Speakers of all time. She is probably going to be one of the most historic figures of our lifetime Who ever is going to be the next dem speaker is going to be compared to her constantly and be widely seen as a let down.
