I know that was a tribute to McQueen, but that's totally why I loved her. She always did her own thing and was never a crowd-pleaser. weeps

Naur offense to football but it falls under the category of generic GP recreational slop like Marvel. No wonder most of the football avis are Swifties.

tbh, if LG8 really does come out next year, I wonder how she'd promote it coming off of Mayhem. Would she tie the release with some major promo slots, maybe the World Cup? Or would she treat it as a gift to her fans and just drop it and go?

questions to ponder...

What happened here and what happened with the old thread? I blame Sarah Tanno.

They moved ATRL to the latest version of Invision. One of the consequences of that is threads past a certain page count get broken up into parts. So now this is Base part II

Also Mr.GONEiee getting the boot is still ******* hilarious deadbanana2

With Katy defeated, Rihanna retiring, Kesha becoming a pop sidequest, Britney ijboling her way to instagram and Nicki exploding, it's just her and Bey now.

If we are talking about pop girls who debuted pre recession, Gaga, Beyonce, Adele and Taylor are the last surivors to remain relevant in the mainstream, although in Taylor's case I wouldn't put her on Beyonce or Gaga's level because her critical standing has declined massively since Folklore/Evermore regardless of her chart success and neither is she regarded as a generational live performer. Taylor Swift could have had a highly respected career after Folklore but instead chose to become the female Drake.

Gaga was already a living legend who's back catalogue was aging magnificently but the Mayhem era has cemented her as a Madonna/Beyonce tier artist because the album is her own Self Titled or Ray of Light in the sense of a veteran pop girl making a big critical/commercial statement so far into their career. It's crazy how Gaga was such a polarizing artist during her imperial phase yet managed to outlast virtually everyone. Britney, Xtina, Katy, Kesha, Pink, Avril, Pussycat Dolls, Miley, Rihanna (though in Rihanna's case I feel like she could make a music comeback if she wanted), Nicki etc.

Her next acting role could be in the Avatar franchise. (4-5)

She already has experience with Performance Capture acting*

And James Cameron can direct her next MV

This would eat. Give her the OST too, she would certainly do better than Miley this year.

Globally (Asia, Australia, LATAM, Europe (non-UK) Gaga is bigger than Beyonce though

Do some Liddos still believe in "original LG5" or whatever that fake RedOne album was? With all the career retrospectives she's had during the Mayhem era we would have heard about it if it was real. Especially because she openly acknowledged Artpop Act II.

Lady Gaga New Music 2016: Producer RedOne, Recorded Eight...

"It's special," says producer RedOne of the new Lady Gaga collaborations

Michael really needs to update her RIAA certs. Seems like an obvious move for the Grammy campaign

Abra needs a plat (or x2 plat) cert

DWAS needs any cert at all, and it'll be close to diamond

Shallah, BTW (album), Poker Face, ARUTW, ASIB, Judas, MR, BR, TF, and TFM are all due fairly hefty updates too

Oh wow a SONG

A SONG, but this edit sounda atrocious deadbanana

I know she's on a tight schedule early next year, but I still hope they plan to do like some high production Grammy performance, something out there like the BTW Grammy performance. I need it to be a huge spectacle.
