if fans don't believe gaga herself when she says we won't have to wait long for new music, then i genuinely don't know what it will take. i've seen so many people making jokes like "she's lying" or "instead of 5 years, it'll be 4", and even if they're just jokes, i feel like people are being a little too skeptical at this point. she set up studios in hotel rooms during the mayhem ball, has said she feels more inspired than ever, michael recently confirmed it, and now she's saying it herself. the fact that she's a mother now doesn't mean she can't continue making music, either. i think it's time people start considering the possibility that a new album by the end of next year is very realistic. can't wait!

Vanish Into You should've been released as a single alongside MAYHEM, with a music video and everything. I still remember it debuting on NMF Australia and NZ, only for her team to randomly switch to Garden of Eden out of nowhere. I'd genuinely love to know the thought process behind that decision. I like both songs, but Vanish Into You is an instant classic, whereas Garden of Eden is great for what it is: a deep cut. Not every great deep cut needs to be a single! It's important to have great album tracks that never get pushed as singles, too. Some of you really need to learn that! Anyway, after Vanish Into You, she should've sent How Bad Do U Want Me to radio for the summer. That's my dream era.
