I'm inclined to think this is a placeholder. They already had a placeholder for "Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé" which refered to it as "act ii: A Film by Beyoncé".

That new Cecred post / competition is kinda soft launching that Bey did indeed reshot some of the Bday looks. Maybe not the video, but def some of the pictures from that album/MVs.
