Kacey Musgraves recently announced a 2 LP, 180g vinyl of Golden Hour that's up for preorder for $135. so there's that. but then Homecoming was a 4 LP set that cost like $50 when I bought it it does suck the joy out of an announcement though when the product feels so overpriced, I get that.

Oscars - very hard to get a nomination even. only 20-something categories. Grammys - relatively hard compared to the sheer amount of submissions & musicians. Emmys - they're important, but there are too many categories and lesser versions (Sports Emmys, Daytime Emmys, Regional Emmys etc.) Tonys - no one (besides theater-obsessed people) cares about who won a Tony. most known for being a letter in EGOT.
