We Break the Dawn was top 50 in the UK but didn't even get on the Bubbling Under Hot 100

THE SUPREMES

BISH I NEED TO HEAR THIS WTF Coko f. Meelah & Kelly Rowland (shelved second album Music Doll) (NEW) Also "Just Whisper" and "Forever is Just a Minute Away" are career highlights! I couldn't believe they didn't make ANY edition of Here I Am when it came out SMH.

I really can't do a top 5 of all time because I love R&B music from all eras (I could easily do top 5 from every decade) but some personal favs off the top of my head - not including the 3/5 favs already in OP (Lisa, Ralph and Sade):

OP could have used a genuine news source not AI slop

He shaded Michelle Williams once on a UK music video show back in 2011 that they were both on...I've never forgotten

When my days look low Pull me in close and don't let me go Make love to me

Still incredible, 17 years later

Today is the 18th anniversary of Michelle Williams' third album and pop debut, Unexpected. The album spawned 3 singles; "We Break the Dawn", "The Greatest" and "Hello Heartbreak". What's your favourite song or moment from this era?

Break My Soul…R&B?

Shout out to my fellow 1994 babies in here

Curious to know is the community generating their charts by the last 7 or 30 days? I've been using 7 mostly

My country 'tis of thee President cum in me

Need to get started but I look forward to seeing Devotion, Running, Taking in Water, Midnight and Superbloom sweep the top 10

OMFG What if she performs We Slay the Dawn? EDIT. Found the episode with Michelle Here are some backstage clips

Yessss one of my fav Cox songs I use this cunty mix in the gym often. The ballroom breakdown from 6 minutes onwards and her ad libs

Were these sales fraudulent too? Survivor (2001) US first week 663,000 WW total: 10 million Dangerously in Love (2003) US first week 317,000 WW total: 11 million Destiny Fulfilled (2004) US first 8 days: 558,000 WW total: 7 million B'Day (2006) US first week 541,000 WW total: 8 million

I'd have no time for drags when my fav was busy releasing the ALBUM and SINGLE OF THE YEAR

Literally any random Whitney performance from the 80s or early 90s, ballad or up-tempo is in another tier Her performances are so iconic she has a whole compilation album dedicated to them

Oh so (18th anniversary on OCT 7)

This. Why can't we center-align images anymore?

The OP intentionally omitting Mariah Carey because she continues clearing the gorls every single year #1 every year for the past 7 years consecutively 2025 2024 2023 2022 2021 2020 2019
