Have kind of avoided the thread as there's not been anything to do outside of rankings.

The surprise Donk drop is interesting, as is the whole B'Day reissue news. She's not leaned in on the nostalgia side of things her whole career, so her tapping in now is intriguing.

Total conjecture, but IMO this is more proof that Act III was indeed delayed (outside of the nothingness that accompanied the Met Gala) and they are filling the gaps with whatever they can.

Now, what I'm intrigued about is whether this really is just gap filling or if they are warming up her presence on streaming ahead of the Rock drop. Also, wondering if there are other songs they will service to streaming. Cus, no shade, Donk has never done anything for me. Let's get Back Up, Lost Yo Mind on there. They're so good they give the type tracks that would go viral now and finally find their way onto new set lists, especially if it's more uptempo.

"Donk" is a leftover from Self-Titled. The first time she worked with the Dream was "Single Ladies."

"Donk," "Cherry" (spliced into "Blow" as the bridge), and "Free Fall" (spliced into "Rocket as the bridge) were all registered on ASCAP during Self-Titled at the same time. Unless this was a B'Day era Pharrell demo she spruced up with The-Dream for Self-Titled... all signs on ASCAP point to it as a Self-Titled outtake.

I hope she goes all out: Previous B'Day Special Edition Exclusives "Back Up" and "Lost Yo Mind," Geo-Blocked "Creole" and "My First Time," and the unreleased-but-album fitting "Black Culture," "Woman Like Me" (Leftover from Pink Panther OST), "Baby You're The Only Man," "Next Ex (Kick Em Out)," and "Settle For You."

(If we're mixing sessions from other eras to include "Donk"... all of them sonically fit the B'Day Deluxe Edition universe. Take a listen below.)

she needs to do this RIGHT ! fully remastered streaming version with the added bonus songs and a mix that doesn't sound so crunchy, multiple vinyl variants in different colors and exclusive covers in stores, a little bts video or small "interview" (hell she can put it in a cecred ad if she must), posting a couple cute unseen pics on insta etc…

snatching a few extra weeks on the bb200 would be nice as well, maybe it can surpass 4 in WOC

She never acknowledges her album anniversaries in any way past an instagram post, and that's only been "Dangerously In Love", 13 years ago, and "BEYONCÉ", in which she through the audio from the video on streaming and label the date for 2013 💀

I LOVE DONK but lemme just say….I prefer this version over the one she released.

It is also highly concerning that an unreleased demo has 12million views on YouTube compared to her official releases on Cowboy Carter and Renaissance which many songs don't have even half of that amount of views.

Unless the page boosted the video for increased views or it's simply the older audience that listens to music on YouTube simple prefer R & Beyonce
