Okay sooo maybe the surprise release is this - she's already recorded a studio-esque version of the album with the fake audience sounds behind it BUT on the 28th or 29th, she's hosting an impromptu live concert and debuts the entire album live and then releases that studio version immediately afterwards and that is what will be her gag for this act

I really hope we get it soon. My mom loves Beyonce, and her favorite genre is rock, she is SO excited. She just got diagnosed with terminal cancer, and I really hope she gets to hear the album while she can. Thankfully I got to take her to CCWT last summer so she at least got to enjoy that.

It's normal for big accounts to fluctuate like this because they attract bots, unverified profiles, spam accounts, and web crawlers. It's nothing out of the ordinary. They get filtered from time to time.
