I think they quietly parted ways, but he has an NDA, and any of the material they worked on together belongs to her, not him. She wouldn't need to reshoot anything he did for her. Probably the same with Nadia, which could be behind the apparent bad blood. Someone else and I already said it, but she really upset Khalil Joseph by taking his Lemonade work and intercutting it with new visuals from other directors when she realized it was too avant-garde for a major pop star release. It seems like maybe she encountered the same issue again, but it's all speculation.
