This is why it's important to be respected -- Bey has built a career on talent and graciousness. "Cool" is fleeting, and she's smart enough to know that eventually younger people won't view her the same. I believe that in 30 years, she'll be viewed as even more of a legend than she is now. She already gets standing ovations for walking into the room, and she's only 44.
