renaissance and cowboy carter are just standard solo projects, and the visuals never existed at all. nadia lee cohen is just ms tina in a costume.

i'm still hopeful for act iii very soon due to the way vogue reported about her appearance (which would be pr-approved or edited by now if it wasn't)

Okay real talk do we think she's going to give us a super limited "how to make lemonade"-esque collectors set for all 3 acts at some point because I fear I would spend hundreds on something like that

yeah they would definitely have corrected the headline about 'cowboy carter ending' and the new era finally beginning.

To be fair that tweet Yvette responded too had different information, too, including "two big features" and visuals and Renaissance film coming. So maybe some aspects of the tweet were more wrong than others?

The album might not come May 29th and the previous acts falling on the 29th was probably a coincidence since there are an average 52 Fridays in a year. Which means it's very easy for albums to be released on the same number day of varying months, without any intentionality behind the release date other from it being released on a Friday that avoids clashing with another high profile releases.

Now on the topic of act iii being the visuals, that's dumb cuz the renaissance visuals trailer was released with demarcation that it wasn't another act but the accompanying visuals for act I….

Just saw a tiktok of someone saying she walked the Met steps at exactly 5:29 LA time, didn't believe it, checked my own screenshots of when it happened and it's TRUE. She exhausts me.

She just walked at that time because she had to appear on the Vogue stream contractually and that was the time it was finishing.

Yes and no. Even if she works until the last day, she released the other 2 acts with a vinyl and she would want to do that this time too. There has to be a version of the album finished at least 2 months before release for that.

Mama Tina literally said last week new music was coming, so I don't know why people are doubting that act 3 is an album.

If there is no news by Monday, I suspect the album won't come out until later in the year.

It's also very difficult to keep tweaking song elements right up until release. If you do you get projects like Pink Friday 2. Mixing and mastering is a very complex, technical and creative process. It can take weeks. I'm sure she plays around with different mixes but I think the songs themselves would be done.

True, but Bey is an incredible producer.

Renaissance wasn't finished until a week before it launched, even in spite of vinyl prints - we know this because she was still getting sample clearances the week before launch (didnt TS Madison say this? She said there were urgent Parkwood emails asking her to approve samples and then the week later it was out). This is probably because Bey just expects people to say yes, and let's be honest, 99% of people would just say yes.

We also know that Cowboy Carter was being massively tweaked up until release, with Jolene originally being a Willie Jones duet, II Hands II Heaven having a different bridge, Ya Ya being added after vinyls were produced, and even the cover art and album title being updated right before launch (resulting in the Beyince debacle).

Point being, @Teneo suggesting only 'most' of the music is finished definitely doesn't mean we shouldn't expect something within the month.

Folks y'all now I'm not actually Sir Carter? I don't have breakfast with her everyday why the **** would I know if her album was finished today or last month. If I get a hold of something it never is immediate unless it's something I'm personally working on like...

We did have unfinished vinyls!

I agree with you. And despite genuinely messing up with selling them, there were literally no consequences for her. Cowboy Carter was a bigger sales hit than Renaissance even with half finished physicals. So there's no reason it can't happen again

I have a hard time seeing her covering Vogue US to announce a rock era considering how basic the last shoots have been tho…
