Bey smartly tends to take a one-thing-at-a-time approach with her socials, so I doubt she'd flood her IG with pics from the shoot and then an album cover at the same time. One or both will get lost in the shuffle doing that. 

 

IMO, it's starting to look more and more like it's:

 

* CR Fashion Book today

 

* Album Cover, Title, and Pre-Order on March 1st

 

I'd gladly take all now, but the today-tomorrow 1-2 punch makes the most sense I think.

She could put boxes/vinyl up for sale without the cover like she did with Vogue and Renaissance.

She could. And, as a stan who is growing relatively impatient, I'd take it all asap lol!

 

But, the thing with the Vogue + Rennie rollout, IIRC she announced the title and put the boxes up for preorder at that point, circling back with the cover maybe like a week or so later. 

 

This time around, we have the date, a single, but no title, no cover, no preorder link and we're less than 30 days from release. 

 

I also feel it's convoluted messaging dropping CR Fashion Book today and having pre-order randomly go live at the same time. If she pushes everything out (shoot and preorder in one big whoosh), the pre-order availability "announcement" will probably be quiet (and mainly pushed by Shop Beyonce / Parkwood accounts) if she's pushing pics from the mag on her page.

 

Who knows?! I guess we'll have better insights in a few hours. 

 

More than anything, I kinda wish, at the bare minimum, that she followed the Rennie rollout (substituting the publications to keep it fresh) so as for there to be an angle us 007 stans could accurately predict/brace for.  Cus still having no preorder link so close to release is definitely....interesting lol.

Twinsies, because I literally thought the same lol. Bey has fundamentally avoided any shared cover ish for the longest and moreso embraced the multiple covers for multiple regions MO.

Have never liked the 2014 CR Fashion Book shoot. Bey is a classic beauty and shines most when her shoots are approached as such. When they force edgy girl/out-there with her, it often looks exactly that...forced. 

Hope this one is better and less try-hard!

 

I loved that she worked with the director of Mine and Ghost for it, she went outside her box as far as videos and shoots. Do it again.

 

Let others take direction for a bit, let them do what they know how to do and have some faith, she has final approval in the end. We don’t get too many shoots from her, some variety and pleasant surprises are always welcome. 

 

 

I really want to know more about the sphere…. You can’t tease that so easily and have it forgotten in the middle of a song release.
