Why would she release unprovocative and unartsy visuals for a trilogy that's provocative and artsy…

i like nadia and was excited for her involvement (back in 2023 ) but some in here acting like she's some Spielbergian visionary is

almost all of her work is reference based and outside a couple cool magazine shoots (which are also mostly replicas) and that creepy video of kim kardashian rolling around the floor of a methhouse she didn't make much noise visually in years

Beyoncé spent much longer time crafting the albums, they most definitely cost more to make than the videos, if she would scrap an entire ALBUM attached to multi-million dollar deals she would have no trouble scrapping visuals if Nadia's was a mess. You also seem to be ignoring Beyoncé going from teasing visuals, to RWT's interlude saying she's taking her time, to last year saying word for word "The music is enough". Add in the fact another director stepped in to film interludes for CCT, the puzzle pieces are there, and all signs point to Nadia being a CHOP

shes been teasing visuals across 2 eras already. the interlude on the cowboy carter tour is literally titled "Trailer" and included nadia's footage in it. there are new shots from the same house that ITG is filmed in in said interlude. if she hated the visuals that much why would she still be including them in the roll out of the eras? Especially knowing that she shot new visuals for the tour as well?

Because it was a Western movie, they are not teases for something coming. I'm glad Beyoncé could salvage some footage for tour interludes, but I'm taking Beyoncé at her word from last year when she says "the music is enough" that Nadia's project will never be seen in full

I would doubt the visuals are coming in an entire package delivered to fans as part of act III. CC clearly had a bit of mess bts and an internal course correction (for seemingly multiple reasons) with the vinyl situation being the biggest example of that. I could've believed that the visuals played a bigger role across the acts during Rennie's initial rollout and the rumours of her screening it to be picked up but the scope of what it would need to achieve to span all albums now is not something I see being possible with the changes bts. The tour visuals for CC imo were in part intended to fulfil the role an overarching film was supposed to initially if it were picked up. If she didn't release the Ren tour movie after it's theatrical release or a CC tour film she's not going to take the leap on releasing the visuals related to an album that came out nearly 4 years ago. There's no financial incentive for her tbh.

me thinks people have too high of an expectation and are just choosing to ignore what Beyoncé said herself just last year on the visuals:

Whatever Nadia put together Beyoncé clearly thought would distract from the quality. This comes after a year of rumors she did a private screening with studios and they noted she didn't seem fully happy with them either (this being a rumor could be fake, but the fact she said the above quote a year later... it adds merit). I used to think she was just talking in circles to justify the delay, but it reads as her subtly letting us know that the project didnt match her standards and won't be seen. She's a perfectionist worth billions, if she truly felt the project wasnt up to par she would 100% drop it and not speak a word on it... shes done it before (scrapped album that became self titled). So hopefully, if that's the case, she reshot with other directors (especially since Melina was added for new interludes this seems very likely) and we get something better

literally nowhere did I imply she is basic (nor imply she wouldve scrapped visuals for being "too weird", haunted is one of my favorite videos). I'm implying the opposite, she scrapped Grown Woman as a lead single despite it being attached to a $20 million pepsi partnership, you really think she wouldn't scrap a movie if she wasn't happy? Especially if she said last year "some visuals would distract from the quality"?

She literally changed the acts release dates and titles last minute, but I'm supposed to believe it's impossible Nadia made a bad product and Beyoncé said no thanks?

Look we won't know until she or her team confirms. Until then we are all speculating. In my opinion I don't think she scrapped them

I took this quote to mean she wants people to hear the music before they tie it to a visual. Which tracks, considering we know how bored she gets doing the same thing repeatedly.

Maybe act iii is in May, then there will be a theatrical or streaming release of the film later this year. But my god, if she does theatrical and then never releases the visuals elsewhere...

Also, everything we've seen of them are amazing so far, and everything we've seen that has been been Bey/Nadia has been amazing.

we'll see if visuals exist at all with Act III, I'm sure. "AMEN" lyric video shows the doors she walks through in the "I'M THAT GIRL" teaser. the albums are visually intertwined, for sure.

her YouTube channel looks tragic. I can't believe the top visual auteur of our time decided to screw it up and instead upload LEVI'S and CE LUMIERE ads, Netflix Beyoncé Bowl teasers and her Kamala Harris speech. Her last music video uploads are BLACK IS KING videos. "APESHIT" is her last standalone music video, nearly 8 years ago.

I miss the days when we thought the album was act 1, the tour was act 2, in the movie was act 3. Beyoncé didn't lie when she said that "they looped" cause these conversations have been going in circles for years now and will continue to do so until 2028 or 2029…
