Will it chart at all? Do you think it will have a 1-day radio deal?  Any Spotify playlisting?  Video first week?  Her last lead "Medellin" failed to chart, so did "Living For Love".   Her collab "Popular" did very well for having Madonna's name attached to it, imo.  Got to #13 on Pop.  Almost a Top 40 hit on the Hot 100.  Her last solo song to chart was "*****, I'm Madonna".

Yes. Interscope is finally defeated. She's no longer in a joint deal with a tour promoter and back at the label that has a financial interest in keeping her catalog streams up. She's in good hands for the first time since coadf.

hot 100 no, other charts yes. also depends when she releases. in January she could scrape the bottom maybe.

This is true, but the fact that Confessions on a Dance Floor (20th Anniversary), which was a surprise digital only release with no promo, made more noise than Bandaids, makes me feel like she'd out-chart Katy

Unfortunately for you, Madonna reached a point 4 decades ago when she became so popular, successful and famous that her impact is cemented and virtually impossible to erase or replace with anyone else, let alone replace with a talentless chart obsessed walking string bean. 

 

We've already seen changes now that she's back with Warner, so charting is quite possible. Hopefully a top 50 would be nice, but I'm not expecting huge numbers.

I hope so, but I think it depends on the song. There is no guarantee. She is doing better on streaming now than she was during Madame X so we shall see.
