  1. Wonder which song she'll perform at the VMAs. Would love to see her do Danceteria or One Step Away, but I think it'll be Bring Your Love with Sabrina. Can't wait to see her either way. Meanwhile, at the (laughing) notification I woke up to from the same "poster" that called us "abortionable" a few weeks back. Probably someone from that petty fb lurking here again, and running to discord to alert the others.
  2. Of course she was. Just because Dolly's music wasn't as big in other parts of the world, doesn't change the fact she was universally adored for being such an inspiration to millions for the Woman she was. She went from living a life of poverty in a tiny, rural cabin, to a carving out a career from talent, hard work and determination, to becoming a multi millionairess. She was well respected for her artistic integrity and prolific songwriting, as well as being an actress, a philanthropist and an all round beautiful human being inside as well as out.
  3. I agree. Their ignorance and delusion is staggering. Meanwhile, as much as I enjoy rock, it's not something I particularly want to hear from Madonna. Burning Up, CPG and others are great, but you're right, I don't think she or her fans would be interested in an album full of rock songs.
  4. I like Britney, but not that song. It just doesn't do anything for me. Drowned World is fantastic on every level. The opening atmospheric ambient wind sounds alone give me chills and they set the tone for the album. Madonna created a masterpiece with that era.
  5. Madonna looking radiant and every bit the Queen she is. Meanwhile, Did I just read someone say Travis is hotter than the likes of Tony Ward and Jesus Luz, or are they talking about Britney's boyfriends? I mean, if they're talking about Britney, they lose either way because Sam Asghari is way better looking than Travis. (It's terrible what he did to Britney though)
  6. Probably Celine Dion, Dolly and Julie Andrews. To those saying Madonna, the GP look at her as a ruthless b!tch and don't particularly like her as a person, but what they say about her music and impact is very different.
  7. Exactly. That should've been one of the first to go.
  8. Madonna didn't call Gaga reductive, she said the song was "reductive". Watch again, and leave your bias and delusional takes at the door.
  9. Save: Love Sensation Everything Off: Betrayal School
  10. This is so cool, but I'm confused. Weren't we told the album is a forgotten flop and young gays don't listen / like Madonna? Btw, I'm surprised Gaga was there doing "Fragile"
  11. Still can't believe she's gone. What a Woman. What a legend. 9 to 5 remains one of my all time fav movies ever.

I can't at a certain fb pushing the narrative Gaga is the most universally beloved living female public figure.
  13. Singing is one of her many facets re talent, and a major contribution to how she became the biggest selling female recording artist of all time. It's not like she hasn't already had multi-million $ offers to perform at private weddings before. Vinnie Jones said she was first offered £3 million for a short set for someone incredibly rich, but she said no, then they raised it to 7M and she turned them down again and said : "I don't do weddings"

  15. Just seen the news and my heart skipped a beat. Can't believe the legend I grew up listening to has passed away. The Best Little WhOrehouse in Texas was such a good movie. I really can't believe she's gone.
  16. That's quite bad actually, because that show literally wrecked their two year marriage, but saying that... it's her own fault for being unfaithful and generally just a horrible person. Poor Frank. Anyone watched Naked Attraction? Each week a contestant chooses a date based entirely on their fully nude bodies (their faces are revealed at the end). They even rate penises, v*g's, Boobs and Asses.
  17. They don't in my house, but I do like to bash them whenever they're mentioned on forums, ect.
  18. Vulgar, Material Gworl and HU (With Toki) was the worst time ever to be a Madonna fan. We were in the pits of hell back then, and I blame her kids for that mess. She needs to stop listening to their inspirations and half baked opinions, and go with her gut instincts on what works and what doesn't. Now that she's on a winning streak, she needs to get in touch with Pat Leonard again. We all know they will never recapture lightning in a bottle, like they did with LAP, TB and ROL, but something magical always happens when they collaborate. I can't wait to see where she takes us with the next album.
  19. Really don't get the fascination over him. He does nothing for me whatsoever.
