I'm nearly done my playlist of combining songs into Virgin. There's just one section that is a little spotty and I'm not sure it works. It's just the ordering.

 

 

7 - 10 I'm pretty sure I love but everything before it, I'm not sure. Like it works but it also feels like something is off.

I can't listen to The Path without Solar Power playing immediately after, it feels wrong.

how i feel. i'm sad i'm not feeling the hype like everyone else here, but with each listen, nothing continues to click or blow me away. My faves are Hammer and What Was That, which has the strongest melody and writing (to me). i've been contemplating ranking but i wouldn't even know how to rank these songs since they're all very similar to each other.

I cut SP (Song) from my SP album because I really hate the sun so I can't listen to The Path without California now 

Virgin is her strongest album overall but melodrama has higher highs. She put her foot in this ******* music omg

 

im obsessed with the last two songs in particular  The Lord always delivers

This may seem weird but this album really feels like a modern jagged little pill to me - i have to say it is almost at melodrama level for me.

The way I'm obsessed with Broken Glass and it makes me dance around my apt despite the subject matter

It just keeps getting better omfg.... I think it is better than Melodrama in full, but Melodrama has higher highs (Hard Feelings, Sober, WITD)

Rumor has she could've added a bridge + final chorus but ultimately decided not to out of mercy for our poor scalps

didnt listen to any of the music pre-release and now hammer is on repeat for the past 2 days basically. so good 

clearblue snapping me back to reality after current affairs sends me into a depressive trance….the track listing is just genius 

 

 

 

 

also the favourite daughter pannings is because a lot of y'all relate too deeply and that's ok.
