Ellie Goulding - 'I Know Too Much'
yeah sorry this is a 10/10 for me. she did that. idk what y'all are hearing but the songwriting here is mature and beautiful and personal and each melody hits from the start of the song. there's nothing wrong with more restrained singer-songwriter songs that you need to LISTEN to and relate to. this has a real '90s-'00s vibes and I love it. Black Prada Dress is one of my most played songs of the year. Always Think of You and Misremember Me are excellent acoustic ballads with excellent, FU bridges I can see myself belting at karaoke.

Ellie Goulding - 'I Know Too Much'
idk I'm enjoying this album. I think it's great, even if restrained. each song sounds distinct. and the lyrics are EXCELLENT.
-
MILEY - "Bass Persuades"
I wish I liked this. She looks HOT in the video.
-
ADÉLA - 'PRIMA'
The first three singles (KGB, Red Bottoms & Ain't In LA) remain the strongest tracks to me. Nicole Kidman isn't quite hitting yet. This isn't a bad album by any means, but maybe it's a grower. I'm not floored by most tracks on first listen.

Rina Sawayama talks new era: "80% of the album could be singles"
I saw her live years ago and she was amazing. can't wait!

MILEY - 'Bass Persuades'
watch there be a Dolly collab on this I'm
-
Cardi B - "AH HA"
this might be her best song to date also I love the mid-budget video. it's unapologetically NYC
-
Olivia Rodrigo - "serena joy"
It's cool I like it
-
Olivia Rodrigo - 'you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love'
the way this continues to age like fine wine even though it started as top shelf vino already she deserves AOTY for this
-
Troye Sivan - "She's the Best"
See I think he's sincere here. He's a nerdy art boy and this feels like a project made of love, especially as it highlights a bunch of drag queens both famous and local. I don't think he cares about charts or anything. It's a mood piece for him/intro to the new era.

Hayden Panettiere dead at 36
I'm crying this is genuinely heartbreaking. She's had a rough time.
-
Troye Sivan - "She's the Best"
It doesn't feel performative to me idk
-
Olivia Rodrigo - 'you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love'
oh she's eating on SNL
-
Troye Sivan - "She's the Best"
he learned from Charli for suureee. it's definitely, like Rock Music, an intro/vibe to the new sound and era.

Troye Sivan - "She's the Best"
I feel like I'm taking crazy pills because I love this unironically.
