it's (barely) a tie. If i had to answer point blank i would say Ray of Light is better than Chromatica. But the latter is more tight-packed while ROL has some dull moments for me

Imagine thinking Chromatica is a bigger album than ROL when it was arguably Madonna's biggest comeback 

Some people do too much on Chromatica but girl come on this is a set up

only the intro of ray of light (song) clears the whole gaga album.
