Her energy was INSANE for Sticky & Sweet and MDNA Tours when she was in her 50s, both of which were her most dance-heavy tours. And I think something happened during or after MDNA cause she really slowed down for Rebel Heart Tour and her mobility has declined even more since then.

Her bad knee causing her to be stiff is a concern for me also. But a great performance doesn't need heavy choreography. Just look at Future Lovers from the Confessions Tour - it was mostly posing and turned out to be a stunning performance due to the set and her costume.
