Sober is a favorite among Kelly's fans that she didn't perform much for years, and does only somewhat rarely now, so it was done to thank her die hards because she knows they love it and she doesn't trot it out much.

I think getting older can be a beautiful thing if you stop and think a moment about all that comes with getting older. To me as I've gotten older, I've gotten a bit wiser, a bit braver, a bit more curious, and a LOT more secure in myself as an individual. I'm still young (25) but I've already changed so dramatically from where I was at 18 or 19 in ways I'm really proud of. Aging is an adventure and doesn't have to be scary. Watching yourself grow into the person you were meant to be but never thought you could be is a blessing.

Frankly I don't think any of the people who get washed up allegations on this site are actually washed up. To me washed up means you've fallen so far off the perch that people won't even come see you live anymore, that's how much they don't care. That doesn't really apply to any of ATRL's favorite targets.

Speaking as someone who does theater and has both performed and directed these songs, they are often quite vocally challenging, melodically sophisticated, and have beautiful orchestration, in large part because they are often written and composed by Broadway or at least professionally trained composers and lyricists. There's a world of difference between your Be Our Guests and Part of Your World and…idk, Baby Shark. All that being said, yes, many Disney tracks in my top listened both for theater purposes and because I find many of them to be extremely enjoyable songs in their own right.

I don't think this has anything to do with what generation they are. There are plenty of Gen Z artists, actors, authors, and more who work just as hard as anyone before them did. I think this is a case of a group of girls who were stitched together by a label to sell records and an image and that label and management did absolutely nothing to actually prepare them, train them, and mentor them. Successful artists don't happen in a vacuum. At some point, skill just isn't enough and you've got to actually have a team or management or someone supporting you and helping make things happen. These girls clearly do not have that. Every adult in the room is just using them as an ATM machine. No one working for or with them really seems to care whether they have the tools they need to weather a career or not.
