  1. I mean it's not the worst song in that top 10 I guess. Not a fan of the guy but his music's mostly inoffensive. Not good or bad enough to be all that memorable.
  2. No. I just didn't buy it and moved about my day. I didn't need a wake up call to realize none of what these artists sell is worth what is charged. I don't know why this site loves to make threads about the overpriced merch these artists drop as if they or anyone else are somehow being forced to buy it. Just don't. It's that easy. If someone wants to be dumb let them I guess that's their prerogative.
  3. All the hit cats meowing in HQ im crine
  4. I'd rather her make the music she wants to make and flop than make stuff she doesn't want to and smash. Some of you are far too numbers obsessed and need to become a little more integrity obsessed.
  5. The initial headline gave me big Gabby Giffords vibes. I hope it's not as serious as that.
  6. How'd I know this was gonna be you without even looking
  7. What is there to be said about this that hasn't been discussed at length already
  8. In the same way Cher had a farewell tour 27 years ago yeah
  9. I don't think some of these are the worst songs a few of those artists have
  10. Don't get too excited we know you'll get more
  11. That one that's a poorly done gif edit of Taylor on the red carpet in a red dress sticking her tongue out irritates me to no end. All the AI ones too like get help.
  12. Her fist two records (which are from 1991 and 1993 respectively) aren't even available on streaming and never will be which is what led to my post above. I don't know why we consider those two for her when we don't consider the early work of people like Katy and Lana or even Carly Rae Jepsen whose first works all exist under the same circumstances. One of the Boys, Born to Die, and Kiss are all functionally those three's debut records, even if they put an album before. That is where they made major label, international debuts, and where they as the artist we know them as began. Shakira's first two albums are nothing like the music she'd go on to make (the first one is like, synth pop???) and were incredibly limited releases. I cannot even find sales data of her first one outside of Columbia. Shakira herself has buried these two records and seems to treat Pies Descalzos as her true debut record. Which makes sense as it was her international debut.
  13. It's always funny to see Shakria included in these lists because they are technically 100% correct, her first album came out in 1991. But for all intents and purposes Shakira as we understand her and know her didn't come around until her third album in 1995. I've always wondered why those first two completely buried albums (that sold only a few thousand copies each she won't even allow them to be re-released because she doesn't want to acknowledge them) get so often counted as part of her canon but Katy's pre-One of the Boys independent record and Lana's Lizzy Grant stuff usually doesn't.
  14. I kinda prefer it that way. I really don't think anyone should ever be compelled to defend their multi millionaire faves. I promise they will live if some rando online says something mean about them. It's not that serious and the level of seriousness some of you all ascribe to it is genuinely bizarre.
  15. If I were to take a guess she was there more on the Beyonce train than she was the Jay train but I'd assume they all know each other after M's been to a few of Bey's shows and the Tidal of it all.
  16. It's never been bad it just got overplayed. Time's been kind to it imo. A lot of similar songs from that era have aged very poorly, but this still sounds good.
  17. Late by my top 5 School Bizarre LES Girl Fragile Danceteria One Step Away is really knocking on the door too
  18. Seeing her up and active is so, so wonderful. I truly wish her nothing but the best.
  19. Which is sad because it eats up a lot of the 10 (of the last several months actually) quality wise
  20. I can't wait for you to get banned girl
  21. Does it really matter
  22. Saying all this while stanning Gal Gadot girl is it a humiliation kink or what
  23. Well then maybe it's best to stop making the kind of posts that could hedge against rule breaking. I don't say that to be antagonistic or shady, it's genuine advice. You could just elect to not talk like that. It's not difficult to reign yourself in a little bit. Especially when it comes to things concerning Gaga, as that's where you tend to toe the line (and sometimes cross it). I personally don't engage in conversation about subjects or people I know I can quickly lose my filter on, and it's done me well here. I am saved warnings and just a general headache of having to deal with all that. You don't like her or her fans so maybe it's best to just ignore conversations about her or where her fans are trying to bait whoever they're warring with. Idk just observing and commenting from the outside.
  24. Sniffies isn't a kink site, it's cruising site. You will almost always get just a normal hookup unless you discuss something else with who you message.
