It took some time to grow on me (clearly not that much time, it hasn’t even been twelve hours) but I’m OBSESSED  this will be my fave Bey album. I love all her records but my fave albums are all dance/electropop, it’s the genre that owns my heart the most.

I'll avoid the single's thread, I respect some people's opinions, I completely understand hating the song or finding it bad but I don't have time for the monsters' vitriol today. I am too excited.

We officially leave the Lemonade era and welcoming the Renaissance's era. So much memories for the last six years tho. 

Also I can’t see songs Break My Soul even EXISTING on the same album as country songs. I wonder if Act 2 is B8 and it’ll be a different album with country music. I know her albums usually play with multiple genres, but the house influences in this song are so forward, direct, and clear that to juxtapose it with country music would just feel inconsistent and strange. So I really hope the country songs are in Act 2. But either way, I’m excited!
