I know this award is a joke but the point is, she has cemented herself in history with the likes of Whitney and Lauryn. And on top of that she won an award for a genre that completely ridiculed and ex

I think the single cover is inspired by Brenda Fassie?

Picked up my Vogue copy, which just confirmed this is one of, if not my favorite shoots she's done :jonny5: Also that online article is the entire thing, there's nothing else added in the magazine itself

The way the single thread is at 101 pages in less than 24 hours, yet ATRL says she's musically irrelevant. :toofunny3:

Anyone else annoyed by the main single thread?

It's so weird, I literally love honest feedback but I feel like I've been pretty protected from the vitriol, trolling, diluted racism, "my fave is better than yours so I'm only here to shade under the guise of critique" that happens outside of the Base.

My ATRL experience is so stationed here for the most part, that it's easy to forget that our girl really (really) gets to other people.

Rather than giving anything to their nonsense, I think the true tell-tale will be the receipts...which look great/encouraging so far.

I saw it has 80 pages :rip:

It really needs a few listen to get into it, just like Formation/Black Parade/Savage/Single Ladies.

Imagine Bey gives us a classic like this.

Also just for posterity, as I already said this on twitter over the weekend, I'm claiming tracks #2, #9 and #11

Is she not releasing it to radio? Do we have some confirmation?
