We don't value our black female entertainers as much as we should, there's more than just Beyonce, and Ciara deserves respect that she just doesn't get but that's a common experience for black women in the industry just look at Keri, Chloe, Cassie, Janet, Normani etc Hopefully she keeps Chris Brown away from her brood.

Gaga aside, the way so many male artists and men in general speak of female artists and musicians in ways like they're somehow shocked that somebody literally at the top of their field would have significant skill and talent? Also wanting to understand the chord progression ( Express Yourself ) is not something that should be shocking. It reminds me so much of the way people comment on female artists with things like "she can't sing!" but when you put it in perspective these women are usually amongst some of the most successful entertainers of all time - and their time too! People say JLo can't sing, she can, most people couldn't sing like her no matter how hard they tried, same with Britney. Even the greatest singers struggle with impromptu acapellas so to suggest that only being good in the studio negates their talent is stupid. Even songwriting with others as opposed to solo doesn't negate somebody's songwriting talent (as long as it's not changing one word). As JoJo recently said the standard has become way too perfectionistic for live singing. Like whatever you think of Gaga the idea that it's shocking or notable that she takes what she does seriously and is a massive nerd about it, is ridiculous.

"Initially I was hesitant but he really wanted to do it" - but he's literally 18 so how long did you really hesitate for… "Father son bonding" "horseplay" - yeah… no. You're literally 18 so that means this weird **** has been going on well before the son stopped being a minor. Grooming. This whole thing screams grooming. Throughout the kids life In those photos you see that the father has his son dressed almost exactly the same - his son has no individuality. And when he's now got his son doing the same career as him and they're working together? Yikes. If his dad is doing so well from it he should be able to afford to send his son to college and then let him make longer term decisions when his brain is actually fully formed. Also if his son was dead set going to do it anyway, and the dad wanted to help guide and protect his son through the industry - that doesn't explain why they're filming content together. Beautiful response and gif The benefits of generative AI are not proven. It has not yet actually shown itself to be profitable or economically viable. We could artificially inflate the viability of so many different other things that actually have proven benefits but instead vast amounts of venture capital, resources and energy are being thrown into generative AI. High speed rail is one, better healthcare is another, better education, investments in scientific research… the list goes on. All great necessary things that haven't had their time in the sun because the economics "don't stack up" within the first 10 years. So why is it that generative AI is getting such special treatment? Because a bunch of venture capitalists and billionaire psychopaths are caught up in an apocalyptic circlejerk.
