After bit of a busy period and the fact that it's summer, I started to long to go to clubs more often again.

I am wondering, ATRLers, what is your relationship with the clubbing scene?

Anyone from Amsterdam area, I need advice on non-techno clubs!

The closest club to me is over an hour away so... never, lol.

i go to a lot of gigs/concerts instead

When I can (which is almost never)

This year not that often. Let's say once every six weeks.

I try to go dancing at least once a week in summer — thought as a rave queen I find "the club" pretty boring tbh.

I really should go less but like there's nothing else to do when you're a gay in a city. And it's still fun to me.

Probably once a month

I can only go clubbing max once a month. Anything more is too much for me I'm 34 years old now so I'm not that young anymore. My social battery and energy in general runs out after midnight. My 2 am clubbing days are over. But I still enjoy dancing and being with friends getting wild at least once a month.

About once a month - a little more often in summer and a little less often in winter.

Only when I travel. Maybe it's just my city in particular but the club scene here is dead, it's more bars/dive bars/lounges and for those I probably go out 3-4 a month?

Tbh at least once every weekend! Perks of living close to the gay scene.

it depends, I can go for three weeks straight and after that nothing for the rest of the year, but in general I would say every 2-3 months, I prefer bars or house chilling with friends but I enjoy a hard techno night out every now and then
