It was never going to be successful as a radio single. I remember hearing it played and it was very jarring. It's a fantastic song, but it's for the fans. Down to the video being so ridiculously camp like who was going to interact with that other than the most ardent Liddo? I do think it's a great time capsule of like the last vestiges of on the pulse Gaga before she gets lost to Big Hollywood/Big Adult Contemporary/Big Pharma, so I appreciate on that front.

It's Taylor but only because people enable her en masse (see above). Beyoncé's audience don't want her white labeled bullshit. If she could get away with more, she would. Love both of their music!

FINALLY listened to this. I don't know what I was waiting for. AOTY easily. Listening to Hollywood Forever for the first time literally felt like a high. Amazing top to bottom. Perfect. Like I don't even have words.

Pretty good considering she's a new artist and WOM hasn't been as strong. Hopefully she does some more performances to build the campaign.
