  1. Hate That I Was Made A Single Over Breakin Dishes can go
  2. Almost clicked condom but had to check myself and realize that I've actually never used a condom in my life both with women and men. Kinda shocked at this news ngl but only finished in a few so the rest don't count
  3. You can tell who travels and who doesn't in this thread, or really in any thread about Bad Bunny's success, because his music is played everywhere. I was just in some random bar in Croatia two weeks ago and they were playing EoO . Played him in Albania too (really every European country I visited this past month actually). He's incredibly global and either people simply don't travel enough to hear that or they're being biased because they don't listen to it so they have to designate his music as only being big with Latin America because it's in Spanish.
  4. I don't think it matters if they're talented and have an undeniable it-factor (which is the part you can't buy) but people like a Gracie Abrams or whatever other flavor of the month artist that gets all this push because of connections is definitely making a mockery of the music industry IMO.
  5. Idk. There's so much real destruction going on right now with our current government, and government across the globe, that I really can't be bothered to point my finger and choose...annoying liberal tweets to be my #1 issue to complain about right now Talk about misdirection. Especially when you're just falling for rage-bait by bots most likely. Unless these liberals are blue MAGA and Zionists then yes we hate you too!
  6. Katy's streams are boosted by algorithm investment. She just sold her catalogue to one of the biggest investment groups in the country/world and it's owners are now milking it for profit. Follow the trend, it's quite obvious. But to the OP: the real answer is her music is depressing This is the same reason Billie's debut gets less daily streams than her EP despite it being a cultural juggernaut in its peak. Sad music is timeless but also deeply personal and not always the vibe. Nobody really touches on this but is the public's relation to music depends on politics as well. People want escapism in times of despair. Look back at any terrible point in history and see what the biggest songs were, it's super interesting as far as human studies go.
  7. I have no issues making plans but I will 100% start to notice quickly if it's one-sided and usually stop and see if it's reciprocated.
  8. Rih has always been the standard for #that family
  9. We know why rapes happen. Because men feel entitled to the space and autonomy of other people's bodies. One can argue this manosphere era is exactly what led this kid down the pipeline to commit a crime like this because it so heavily dehumanizes women and young girls. So we have our answer. If you're suggesting that he perhaps may have been a victim of SA himself and that could have led him to become an offender (which statistically is not the case for majority of victims), I would again argue that it's even more imperative that he is given strict consequences for his actions. Potentially being a victim of abuse is no excuse to be an abuser. There must be course correction and reinforcement. This wasn't just groping or him being pushy. This was alleged rape. I don't have any room for excuses especially when a perpetrator as young as him could very well continue to offend in the future as an adult if the punishment isn't swift enough.
  10. I'm not going to engage in a back and forth with you about the psychology of what makes someone a rapist because to be blunt: it doesn't ******* matter. I couldn't give two shits about what drives someone to commit rape. What's next? Psychoanalyzing child molesters? Certain crimes have zero excuses. If these allegations are true then he should go to prison. End of. I would argue him being a child is even more reason for a no mercy punishment, at least if your concern is about rehabilitation.
  11. Yes putting rapists in jail is a solution to a societal issue as under-reported as rape. Unfortunately we don't live in a society where castration isn't the legal punishment to an act as heinous as rape, so this is the least that can be done.
  12. She knew it, she knew it was theatrics
  13. Jesus. Lock him up and throw away the key.
  14. Free loader and bum EVICTED from house that was never theirs. More news at 9
  15. It's her voice. Say whatever you want about it but she has a voice that sounds good on just about anything, and in every genre. It's recognizable, it's distinct, it's cool, it's Rihanna. That alongside her ability to be the perfect muse for fashion designers allowed her to be a seamless chameleon. People can make as many excuses as they'd like but her career can't be replicated because nobody has IT like her. It's crazy to think that she did all of this as a black woman too, which I think is where a lot of disdain for her comes from. She was never supposed to reach the heights that she has and yet she did and continues to outstream her so-called "more talented" white counterparts. Some of the biggest acts we have now like Ariana, Tate, Dua, and even Sabrina to an extent pull from Rihanna. Her catalogue is some of the most diverse and none of her hits even sound the same really. Truly Madonna's daughter in that regard.
  16. The crossover hits or old-school hits, yeah. But my parents weren't into country music and I grew up on the West Coast so country felt a bit irrelevant in my region. I think Morgan Wallen/Luke Combs played a major role in making it cool again about 10 years ago.
  17. Rihanna. Her hits everywhere and are inescapable if you go out in public. I never hear Britney's hits outside of maybe Gimme More, Toxic, or Circus. And I don't say that to be shady, it's kinda surprising given how big of a popstar she was.
  18. I don't think AI can replace my job but it will certainly be incorporated with what I currently do. Luckily humans are needed. My side hustle however...we'll see
  19. Highest airplay out of the entire Top 10
  20. Exactly what their label, and industry as a whole that's uplifting/pushing them to usher in AI music, wants you to feel
  21. The whole thing is so humiliating
  22. Still hasn't even cracked 200M streams either
  23. Same ones who called Rihanna a "prostitute" based off misogynistic rumors she slept with Jay Z when she was a minor. Very sick individuals
  24. And decrepit ass Congress doing nothing but burping, shitting, and farting around Lincoln Memorial
  25. My jaw is on the floor. I had to read this over and over before believing this is real. I grew up with so many of her movies. "Heroes" was one of the first shows that I'd watch as a kid that had horror elements to it and then led me down the horror rabbithole where she'd eventually be in Scream 4, my favorite franchise. I never realized until now really just how present she was in things that inspired me to want to be a writer. Can't believe this is real, she seemed to be doing so well. RIP And to those that ever harmed her throughout her life, I wish nothing but a torturous life and death.
