She had the best performance of the night(her best grammys performance ever imo), Mayhem won a cumulative 4 awards, tonight was a winning and we shouldn't be acting like people who lost.

Extremely disappointed in her speech but maybe she was planning to be more outspoken if she won a GF.

Anyway, release REQUEEF this week to build on the GRAMMY performance so we forget this mess.

do yall think it's the way she campaigns maybe? Like maybe she comes across as TOO humble so ppl can look past her when they vote. Like she's never blatently mounted a clear argument for why she deserves it. She's too humble for that...but I kinda think we need her team to start leaking to magazines little quotes of like how "anonymous" artists thinks she deserves something big for her next few era or something to gain traction on the "snubbed" narrative without coming across as entitled. Also maybe being more confident when she does accept awards instead of panting and crying each time...I know she's so humble and stuff but I do know for a fact that it can come across as fake and phony AF to a lot of ppl (had a award show viewing party a couple years ago and I remember the visceral reaction some ppl had when she won and started crying and panting / struggling to breath etc...)

I think she needs a bad betch persona with a "u owe me" kinda vibe. Think TFM era type of swag and energy but with different music. Maybe a rnb pop tinged record? idk..

I think the Academy is waiting for her to release Telephone part 2.

Gaga and Bey need to sort out their scheduling conflicts and hit that studio or film something.

I actually think Bunny winning AOTY and Kendrick winning ROTY are both deserve, but I think SOTY should be a real slap in the face for everyone that was nominated this year Great song but…it was released in 2024

Let's be honest AOTY isn't about which album is better, it's about which album FEELS bigger or has a stronger narrative to win (with a few exceptions), this year with everything that's going on it would be weird to give it to someone else that's not Bad Bunny, last year it went to Beyoncé because of all the times she lost (and because Jay Z begged for it), the year before was because of the humongous year Taylor had, so if Gaga wants to win (which I feel like she doesn't even care) she would need to create a strong narrative around the album.

I can't believe there's people who didn't like the performance... It was bone chilling, her stage presence, artistry and pure ICONICNESS were incredible. Her vocals, the legendary McQueen fashion, her playing the synths, there's no other female artist doing it like her. She's raw talent and artistic vision presented on a pop medium. With that performance I fell in love with her all over again like when I was 15 watching her bleeding on the vmas, not because of the spectacle or the props but for her chaotic and contagious energy on a stage.

At least we have a decent amout of material to look forward to even with Mayhem wrapping up with the tour
