Are people really putting LAP importance above True Blue ? If there was no True Blue there would be NO Madonna career at all... The 3rd album exercise being the most important for a Popstar, everybody was expecting her to CRASH after LAV and on the contrary expanded her brand even more WW after True Blue... Most of her iconic 80s smashes are on it. LAP brought LAP song of course but nothing else groundbreaking , maybe "Express Yourself" to a lesser extent.
