Sorry for showing up 10,000 years late to the conversation, but was that rumor about the World Cup song being a collaboration between Gaga and The Weeknd actually false?

I thought that was the plan, and then I woke up one day, went on Twitter, and saw that the official anthem was Shakira instead. Or is that a different song for the US Was the Gaga x The Weeknd a fake rumors ?

My guess is she has to be. There's no reason for them to have open registrations for AMCs across the country but have this one AMC screening be via invite only.

She's shown up at TCB premiere, then Harlequin live premiere. I think it's safe to say she'll show up to this one too.
