Still thinking about Abracadabra and how the song and video are basically an exorcism of Bad Romance and just how impressive it is that it worked out the way it did.

Before it came out I would be the first person to say that it was unadvisable for Gaga to release songs that invited comparisons with Bad Romance. The fact that she managed to do it, get a huge hit and probably the best critical reception since Bad Romance is truly wild.

It all just Mayhem is a massively underrated album though

It's the same argument also with those songs imo, lot of 'Mayhem' songs have potential but nowadays it has became more a matter of luckyness getting a hit rather than having the right kind of song.. That is why you have certain old turds inside the top10 on Spotify Global right now..

Hopefully another song from 'Mayhem' will eventually go viral.

My absolute favorite from Mayhem was Shadow of a Man when the album first came out. Then it became Vanish Into You. Now, as we approach to the end of this era, I made up my mind. My absolute favorite is Perfect Celebrity.
