Not all of these grandpa comments.    I use it often, I don't watch TV so I get all pop culture news or entertainment, performances, movie trailers, interviews and political news from there.

I don't. Never used it since it's creation and never will

  • I don't use it, I'm not a dumbass

I don't. Never used it since it's creation and never will

:clack:

I downloaded it when Taylor was announcing the Midnights track titles and deleted it when the Eras Tour ended and never used it for anything but those two things.

I downloaded it when Justin joined. Only started posting last year when he started his album rollout.

Aside from that, I don't use it that much. I don't like the userbase on there.

i scroll for like 10 minutes in the morning or for a little bit while I'm at the gym :thing:

Everyday, but only before sleeping (I've downloaded recently just because of Lorde)

I used it for a few months before realizing I was stuck in a cycle of brainrot and short-lived trends that vanish quickly.

All the time in 2020/2021, but then I kinda grew out of it. After the whole "thank you Trump for saving us!!" thing they tried to pull I deleted it for good

honestly not nearly as much as i used to

i just checked my screen time and every day recently has been 10m to 40m

a year ago it defo would've been at like 4h per day :deadbanana:

tiktok in general seems to be losing steam in terms of interesting content lately

I have the app downloaded on my phone. That's about the extent that I use it.

Not all of these grandpa comments. :gaycat6:

I use it often, I don't watch TV so I get all pop culture news or entertainment, performances, movie trailers, interviews and political news from there. It's also the only place still powerful enough to fuel monoculture. Something super popular on TikTok will be equally (if not more) popular and drive public conversations like TRL or MTV did back in the 2000s.

way too much tbh I'm thinking of deleting it soon. spend too much time scrolling before bed.

I only downloaded it like a year or so ago, I never really clicked with it during the height of the pandemic when it blew up. I'm more sporadic with how often I use it, sometimes going days or weeks without checking it. But when I do, I can be on there for a long time. :deadbanana: According to my phone, I only visited twice this week (today and yesterday) and that was 3h overall. I understand that like most, if not all social media platforms these days that it's helping the right rise and driving conservatism into young users, but luckily my FYP has never veered too far from the things I actually engage in. It's mostly funny videos, pop culture bites, and vids of hot men and travel ideas. :skull: And may it stay that way.

Edited by Jack!

I go through phases where I use it every day, then go weeks without opening it :skull:

all the time. i spend most of my phone usage on there. :sabrina:

I only used it during late 2019-2022 and then I got bored and moved on to bigger and better things like Instagram reels
