this is also a legit problem in my new relationship im take some dulcolax bisacodyl a couple days before we meet up to clean myself out , and then just eat VERY cleanly for a day before we meet . it's SO bad when he's staying at mine for a full week and we end up getting takeaways etc throughout the week , ill be making up every excuse to go to the room next door so im can let it rip every 5 minutes or so idk what causes it either .. its like my body knows im in a situation where im shouldnt be farting so it increases farting production by 10x just to piss me off . the worst was last week im went into the shower so im could fart ( id been holding it in for hours ) and a piece of sh*t shot out and im had to squish it down the drain . idk how long im can keep this facade up for .. im a ******* mess so yeah .. if you find an ACTUAL solution let me know .. bc im in the same boat and im cant keep it up .

it's the only oral supplement im take , im do GHK-CU injections daily , and zinc is highly recommended to combat a symptom called the ' copper uglies ' which makes your skin react badly to the increased copper level from the GHK-CU . im can't say definitively if the zinc has done anything of course but ive not broken out and the ghk has considerably improved the texture and feel of my skin , so id rather keep taking the zinc too .

my thing with dubbing is just that the dub voice never matches the same emotion / intensity of the original . i also don't want to read subtitles throughout an entire tv show especially if its a multi - season commitment . so im largely just avoid these shows / movies altogether and im happy to miss out , if im missing out on some great art then so be it , its on me . i did watch Money Heist all the way through dubbed . it was a great show . but the dubbing definitely made the experience worse for me . shouting scenes were done in the most monotone of voices , it drove me mad
