Should Shakira take a page from Madonna's book and copy-paste an old era to find acclaim again?

Even though she already saw success with two-part albums like the Oral Fixation saga, and her discography after that has been much more acclaimed than Madonna's post-COADF, there are people who still want Shakira to go back to her quintessential blend of latin pop with arab roots (me being one of them) from Dónde están los ladrones? The album sequel could be named Encarcelados- disclaimer, this is NOT about her tax fraud case, it answers the album title's question.

Or maybe a continuation of Laundry Service, possibly named Fresh Load. Thoughts? A few examples:

I'd really like an artsy-fartsy album by Shakira. I loved the singles she has served us and the pop star persona she embraced, but I sort of miss her actual songwriting roots. Do a big budget artsy album Shaki.

She has amazing singles (I remember being in Puerto Rico and they had a Shakira video playlist on whew the sheer amount of quality 😩😩) but I don't know if her actual albums are like that

A conceptual album would be great, but also she's successful and relevant with her current strategy.

Why are you pretending she mixed arabic sounds for an entire album when it was literally just ojos así the song.

Fijación Oral Vol. 1 was released at a time when Latin America loved pop rock,strong lyricism and ballads. a project similar to that....It wouldn't work today. The new generations here in LAT are only here for urban music and vapid lyrics about eating ass,doin pepas or singin the typical latino cliches

Oral Fixation Vol. 2 was acclaimed, but it was saved by "Hips Don't Lie" because Anglo audiences didn't want a Latina making rock music. Only Avril, Pink, and Kelly were allowed....So that was not a good decision commercially wise from Shakira.

I'd love an Oral Fixation Vol. 3 with all the discarded songs from both eras, maybe as a side release-anniversary edition. She worked on more than 30–40 songs for each of those records.. That would give her so much acclaim+love from old fans. She has so many cool songs from her first eras stored. She's dumb for not releasing them. At the same time, her old catalog isn't hers anymore. She sold it. So I wonder if maybe those songs don't belong to her anymore.. Sometimes I wonder if she reworked some of the Oral Fixation songs for future albums like Sale EL Sol-El Dorado*

One thing I would really love.......... She Wolf II with a better producer. Pharrell was cheap. Thats the direction i want for her

I think a Dónde Están Los Ladrones II is some sort of wildcard she could use if she is commercially struggling, but it would only help her in LATAM.

I don't see it right now though. She just got a huge hit in the European market and I don't see any sense in just throwing that in the bin in order to go for a purely LATAM-focused era.

I think she'll do a bilingual world music concept with LMYNL release strategy.

But yeah, maybe DEL II could happen at some point in the 2030s when she isn't able to repeak anymore.

No, because it then feels like they are milking the past. I didn't like the C2 title either. I would have preferred if the album felt like a fresh era, not a continuation of the past. Shakira is still growing as an artist. Her last album has over 5B streams on Spotify. She's not at a point in her career where she needs to milk the past. I want each era to have it's own identity.

That said, I would enjoy a She Wolf inspired era, but not with the same title.

Fijacion Oral Vol 3 would be a great

I personally would prefer her coming up with a fresh new sound but a part 2 to Donde Estan los Ladrones would be awesome
