I've always found it suspiciously convenient how Aubrey randomly brought up the D.Woods and Dawn info to deflect from her and Shannon being shady about re-recording vocals for Danity Kane's third album. Girl, you were beefing with D.Woods and spearheading the hate train just a few months prior to getting punched in the back of the head, but was then acting like her #1 defender. Please. I believe Aubrey brought it up again on that Diddy trial podcast, but D.Woods didn't actually confirm anything. To me, it seemed she was more upset with Dawn due to Diddy's favoritism, her siding with him, as well as her belief that Dawn knew beforehand that they were both going to be fired. Unless the other four girls decide to tell their side of the mess, we'll probably never know the full truth. Aubrey is our only source, and she always spins whatever version of the truth is most convenient for her.

Apparently Aubrey is the sole owner of the Danity Kane trademark as of early this year. The only reason she hasn't sued or sent them a cease and desist is because no one else wants to form a rival touring Danity Kane unit with her. Bet she's just itching to do something messy. They could always go by so and so of Danity Kane. Or S.H.E
