  1. Well… everything you are saying about her is still hypothetical. No one knows exactly how a Kamala mandate could have gone. I don't know for the life of me. But chances are, she wouldn't trick the next elections to her advantage. 🥸
  2. Hmmmm, well it's easy to assume the first part. Kamala is much more malleable than Biden, and clearly needed a backbone, which is also why she was defeated. In all cases, electing Trump brought further instability to an already quite unstable world. Only time will tell if this previous election was a fatal mistake for democracy in the US.
  3. Well, choices (any really) or the absence of choice have consequences. It's impossible to deny the « what if Kamala had power now… would she create a climate where chances for a fair election be tarnished? »
  4. it's weird, it's almost like he was planning something, you know? 🫠
  5. I'm not excusing anything. Having lived it, I recognize that it's part of a bigger problem, far beyond the grasp of the Democratic Party but of a faulty system and a rotten culture.
  6. As I already said in a previous response, your problem is not specifically with the Democratic Party but with the systemic racism and Islamophobia that Arabs and muslims are subjected to in the US. I don't disagree that it is an issue. What I disagree with is singling the Democratic Party when in fact, it's a cultural problem within the US - and granted, that reaches far beyond the US.
  7. « So you agree… the dance floor is dead? »
  8. There are needs for a reform. Americans are racists, and have been brainwashed with images of Islamophobia for decades. It will take time, to resolve. It's not something unique to the Democratic Party. It's a systemic and cultural issue.
  9. It's not about you being wrong or right… it's about this being in the past and a growing need to move forward. No need to linger.
  10. Generalizations like these are simply not helpful… and really counterproductive in my opinion. Signed an Arab voter.
  11. ^ not when she looks like an incel, herself. 🫠
  12. Interestingly it's Like she is very limited in her opinion of Israel… almost like she learned from a script that she doesn't fully understand.
  13. I'd really like an artsy-fartsy album by Shakira. I loved the singles she has served us and the pop star persona she embraced, but I sort of miss her actual songwriting roots. Do a big budget artsy album Shaki.
  14. We can criticize Taylor as much as we want but she is impeccable at crafting narratives, which is an essential and excellent survival tool in this industry. In my opinion, she's the best at it.
  15. I mean… especially when we know how calculated she is - not in a bad way - but it does seem like there are some inconsistencies to all of this. Then again, we don't know what happens behind closed doors.
