I think the most important is Like a Virgin, it's what made her a true superstar and set her apart from everyone else. With that said artistically Like a Prayer is by far the most important, it's the first Madonna record where she actually tries to put together a great body of work and it was the foundation for the rest of her career (In my opinion it was also the first MAJOR transformation she had)
