I really like this album. Exploring different sounds but still very Tinashe at heart. My favorites are

• Too Easy

• Melatonin

• Empty Stadium

• Overdramatic

• Crash Out

• Pillow Fight

• Nobody Wanna Dance Anymore

• Twentyfive Eight (!!!!!)

• Popstar

So ive listened to Popstar a couple of times already and these are my impressions so far:

• It flows extremely well

• She released the best songs prior to the album drop

• Melatonin is still THAT biatch and the highlight of the album

• Its very reminiscent of PinkPantheress. It feels inspired by her output, which is not a bad thing per se

After giving the album another listen it's starting to warm on me.

One thing is undeniable though and that is how self assured she sounds on the whole thing.

so after hearing the whole album and living with it, I understand why Too Easy was the lead single.

Melatonin you are the meaning of a popstar song

Melatonin deserved the success of NBB, it's like she improved on the idea in every way

The previously tracklist flows so much better

Sunglasses opening now it's a punch in the face in the most incredible way but the album title track is just the perfect introduction

Also what was in her head with the interlude The Show Must Go On, so pointless

Heavy Weight is a god tier ballad

Nobody Wants To Dance Anymore holy ******* **** 100/10

I LOOOVE this album. The only song I don't really care about is Flashbacks. The others are perfect. Melatonin and I'd Rather Be Alone are still the highlights for me.

Fav tracks: Melatonin, Empty Stadium, Pillow Fight, Nobody Wanna Dance Anymore, Popstar, Brainrot

Love this!! Brainrot, Sunglasses, Empty Stadium + I'd rather be alone and Crash out are my favs, the only song I'm not feeling is Heavy weight

Now that a few songs have grown on me I think this is officially a top 3 Tinashe album

you'd think I would be bored by the title-track by now after getting teased with it since last year, but it's actually my favorite track. so ****ing good!

Brainrot is slowing creeping up my favs list too.

One thing about a Tinashe album the melodies are going to be ON POINT

Tinashe debuts at #124 on the US artists charts on spotify (first time she has ever entered the charts). She also re-enters the UK charts at 152.

Empty Stadium, Flashbacks and Cloud 9 are amazing.

Stood out to me on my first listen of the new songs.

Also I grew to love Melatonin so much 💀 IDK how I didn't love it when it dropped.

Flashbacks and brainrot have me in a chokehold today
