Amazing album, Sunglasses, Nobody Wanna Dance Anymore and Empty Stadium are insane She just keeps evolving and making statements, and it feels so organic every time

I do not like Versailles unfortunately, can safely say its the worst on the album for me I'm all up for quirky unexpected tempo switch ups like that, but it just doesn't really give anything there

This is pretty good, quite messy at parts and some tracks feel low key pointless, but I still had a lot of fun and Tove remains a great pop songwriter. I'm sure a lot of these go off live But one thing stands, her lead singles are just incredible every time, I'm Your Girl Right is still among her best ever

This is definitely better than expected based on the reception I've seen online. I do wish the album was more like the first 2 tracks (Different Religion is by far the best song here), but I feel like several of the remaining ones would be considered highlights on ESV. It just feels short/not fully realized. Something Beautiful was way better

There is so much I want to say, I feel inspired just by the sheer overwhelming excellence of this project. Carly you're just a complete, fully realized artist now. Your idea of pop music is so extraordinary, unbound and unbridled. This album had to be 24 tracks long just so that she could fulfill all the desires to explore what pop means to her. How she dives from subtlety of acoustic simplicity into the depths of acid house whirlpools. Everything is so detailed, charming, engaging and at the same time never really overwhelming. Night demolished Day per my personal preference, but they do feel like two sides of one whole and I'm glad she let it all out. Could never believe this project to be this after the singles (which I still love). In pure awe Amalfi Coast, Near or Far, Driver, Super Sage, Soft, After All, On Wires.. all some of her best songs ever and there is so much more
